Submitting Your Georgia COAM Location License

To submit your application for a Georgia Skill Gaming Machine Location License, go to www.GACOAM.com to create your account and submit your application. Tom’s Amusement is happy to help you submit your application.

Items Needed Include:

• Federal employer identification number
• State taxpayer identification number
• Alcohol license (if applicable – not required)
• Georgia Lottery retailer number (if applicable – not required)
• Valid driver’s license and Social Security number (to verify lawful presence in the U.S.)
• Payment for license fee

Once your application has been submitted and before the Georgia Lottery can approve your Location License, the Location Owner is subject to the following:

• Criminal background check
• Credit check
• Secretary of State verification and review
• Proof of tax compliance

Location may be subject to a site inspection conducted by the Georgia Lottery to ensure compliance with all COAM regulations.
